Estimated shipping time: 5-13 business days* After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. *These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. **Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout. ***We are a Print on Demand online store; therefore, our products are made especially for you when you place an order, so it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

We do not offer international shipping.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify our customer service support team to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other order-related issues, you must also contact our customer service support team within 30 days of the order date.

RETURN POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Most Comfeday items may be returned, with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items below under Exceptions), as long as they are postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven to ten (7-10) days from receiving your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
● Worn, washed, damaged, or altered Items cannot be returned.
● Items that do not have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact cannot be returned.
● Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, accessories, customized products, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.
● Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
● COMFEDAY reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion; especially when sealed goods were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
