ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS? After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify our customer service support team to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other order-related issues, you must also contact our customer service support team within 30 days of the order date.     RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last updated November 07, 2023 Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. RETURNS All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Most COMFEDAY items may be returned, with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items below under Exceptions), as long as they are postmarked within 30 days after the purchase date if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
