Because our products are made to order, returns and refunds are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.
Return Window
Return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must meet one of the following conditions:

Arrived damaged

Are defective

Were misprinted or incorrectly fulfilled
Non-Returnable Items
Because Comfeday® products are made to order, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items ordered in the wrong size or color

Buyer’s remorse or preference-based returns

Worn, washed, or altered items

Final sale or clearance items

Custom or personalized products
-
Digital products (including digital books or digital art)
How to Request a Return or Refund
To report an issue, please contact us through our Contact page and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued, or a replacement may be provided at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved standard returns

Return shipping costs are covered by Comfeday® only when the issue is due to damage, defect, or fulfillment error
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Comfeday® is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window may not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
